Hey Everyone! I know I’ve been a little absent lately but we have been gearing up for the start of wedding season, which starts for us this weekend! We would have had a couple more engagement sessions to share with you but the weather decided otherwise and we’ve had to reschedule them for later in June. But don’t you worry… we have 8 weddings in the next 7 weekends so you will have TONS of pretty photos to look at very soon! This is going to be a whirlwind of a summer!

When I started this little blog series Keeping up with the Kreiders I imaged blogging it once a month. I have since come to terms with the fact that it’s just not going to happen that way… life gets in the way… I forget about it… I don’t take any photos worth sharing that month and the list goes on. I’m still going to keep up with it, it just won’t happen monthly.

So anyway, here is what we’ve been up to lately… We (and when I say we I mean Mike) gave our balcony a little makeover. We aren’t quite done yet but almost and I’m so excited to start spending more time out there.  The first photo shows the couch that Mike built. It still needs a cushion but that’s coming soon! We also planted sweet pepper seeds and yellow squash. It was a lot of fun to watch the squash start out as this little leaf and explode into a massive plant. Our peony bush was in bloom for the last 2 weeks and I loved looking out the window at it :) This week was my last week watching my good friend’s little boy. I’ve been watching him for the past 5 months but with wedding season picking up it just wasn’t going to work out anymore :( I’m going to miss those chubby cheeks smiling at me. We’ve had a lot of engagement sessions and I’ve been meeting with a lot of potential couples for weddings next year. We are pretty much just trying to relax as much as possible before these next few weeks hit.
