Brandon and Kim are everything we look for in a “BKcouple”. They are sweet, caring, love each other dearly and best of all, are so full of joy! These two couldn’t wait to do their first look and it was the sweetest thing. Their day was supposed to be a washout, but we lucked out somehow and had beautiful overcast skies and NO rain the entire time we were outside for photos. It was amazing! Personally I feel like their venue, The Booking House, works better with an overcast day anyway, so it was a win win!
One of my favorite parts of the day was right when Mike and I arrived. Brandon and all his groomsmen were upstairs decorating the reception space. It was the cutest thing. They had music blaring and they were all working as a team to get linens on the tables and all the other decorations out and in their places. I told Kim how amazed I was with how quickly and joyfully all of the guys were working and she commented that she wasn’t going to waste the fact that she had 9 groomsmen! She was going to put them to work! Haha!
Kim looked stunning, not that I was surprised. I loved how her choice in flowers popped against the navy bridesmaids dresses. It’s so fun for me to see everyone’s taste come out on their wedding day. Kim and Brandon, it was such an honor to capture this season in your life! We love you guys! I can’t wait to share my favorites from the day! Enjoy!
