We fell in love with Adam and Kirsten the moment we met them… we sat and chatted for close to 3 hours about life and marriage and of course their wedding! This sweet couple is getting married next June and we couldn’t be more excited about being there! I love getting to meet up with our couples for their engagement sessions because it allows us to hang out with them again before the wedding… I’m hoping we get to see Adam and Kirsten before next June though!

We first met Kerri at Dan and Mandi’s wedding in 2012. She contacted us soon after to see if we were available for her and Nate’s wedding this year and I’m so glad she did! Mike and I met up with Nate and Kerri recently in Philadelphia for their engagement photos. While hanging out with these two we got to hear their full story and it’s a fun one!

This Orzo salad is one of my absolute favorites! When I stumbled across this recipe on Pinterest I thought it looked so good. I did leave out a few things from the original recipe because Mike and I aren’t fans of olives or feta cheese, but if you want to see the original recipe you can find that HERE. As I was making our weekly menu this week I got really hungry for this meal and I thought this would be the perfect dish for this series.

Mike and I were really looking forward to Steph and Dave’s wedding day. Not only have I known Steph and her family for years but I just knew their day was going to be filled with so much joy and love, and I wasn’t wrong. Steph and Dave met while in college and I’m so excited for them to finally start their lives together as husband and wife.
