Nate_Kerri_Philadelphia_Engagements_0001 We first met Kerri at Dan and Mandi’s wedding in 2012. She contacted us soon after to see if we were available for her and Nate’s wedding this year and I’m so glad she did! Mike and I met up with Nate and Kerri recently in Philadelphia for their engagement photos. While hanging out with these two we got to hear their full story and it’s a fun one!

Kerri and Nate met while on Spring break in Cancun. Kerri is from Pennsylvania… Nate is from England… They soon realized that this wasn’t just a Spring break fling and decided to keep in contact, which meant Nate staying up until all hours of the night to talk with Kerri on the East coast. How sweet is that?! Nate found out that he could get a 3 month visa to come and stay here in the States… and well he never left. Nate and Kerri are perfect for each other and they knew it! To keep Nate from having to move back to England they got married. They planned a small courthouse wedding which started their lives together 4 years ago.

I am so excited for their wedding in August because it’s really a vow renewal… and I think they are almost more amazing than weddings. It’s two people saying “we know marriage is hard because were in it, and you know what, I still love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you because I can’t imagine it any other way.”

We loved spending time with these two and can’t wait to see them again so soon!!
