Hey friends! I hope you all had an amazing forth of July weekend. This weekend was really busy for us. We had a wedding on Saturday and then I helped a friend of mine on Sunday with second shooting. My feet are sore but my heart is happy! Mike and I loved spending time with Steph and Dave and their family and friends on Saturday. I am SO excited for the start of their lives together!

Mike and I have been looking forward to Zach and Amy’s wedding for quite some time now. We shot Amy’s sister, Holly’s, wedding last June and we couldn’t wait to see everyone again! Amy and Zach chose to do a first look after a lot of consideration and I’m pretty sure they are SO glad they did. The timeline for the day ran so smoothly that we ended up with an extra 30 minutes before we needed to leave for the ceremony.

I can’t believe I’m writing this post… I can’t believe Mike and I will be photographing Steph’s wedding in two weeks… You see, Steph is the little sister of one of my best friends. I have known Steph for years! Steph’s sister, Kristen, and I became friends my freshman year of high school and we are still great friends today. I love these girls and I love this family! I was SO excited when Steph contacted me after her and Dave got engaged! I am SO excited to be a part of this time in Steph’s life and I can’t wait to watch her say “I do”.

We were blessed this weekend with more beautiful weather. Zach and Amy’s wedding day seriously could not have gone any better! It was so great seeing them again AND seeing Holly and Nick, one of our couples from last year! Zach and Amy’s family and friends were so sweet and I am so glad that Mike and I were able to celebrate with them. I can’t wait to show you all of the photos but here is a sneak peek to hold you over :)
