Luca_Ming_DowningtownEngagements_0001 I was looking forward to Luca and Ming’s engagement session for awhile now. This was the first time we were officially meeting them and I knew it was going to be a blast.

Ming and Luca met in New York City through mutual friends and they just recently moved to Philadelphia, after Luca received a position at The University of Pennsylvania. They let us know that Philadelphia is pretty quite to them compared to New York City and that there isn’t as much to do. I let them know they should visit Lancaster if they think Philadelphia doesn’t have much to do!! HA! Going from New York City to Lancaster would definitely be an eye opener!

They contacted me several months ago about photography for their wedding this coming September and I am so glad they did. Not only are they super sweet but I know their wedding is going to be gorgeous. Most of Ming’s family will be flying in from Hong Kong and Luca’s family will be flying in from Italy. It’s going to be an amazing wedding!

I have to say that their engagement session might be one of my all time favorites. The lighting was just perfect and Ming and Luca were pros. They kept telling me that they usually don’t like to have their photos taken and that they’ve never had professional photos done before but after looking at these images you might think they are lying just like I do ;) Mike and I had such a great time getting to know these two a little better and we can’t wait for their wedding!
